Transaction Policy
We are Izabrands Ltd, operating as My Academy ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us"). This document outlines our transaction policies for both products and courses.

Products
Products are defined as physical goods offered for sale on our website. Courses, which are classified as digital content and services, are excluded from this definition and are covered under the section titled "Courses."
Product Returns
You may return purchased products within 14 days of delivery for any reason, including a change of mind. To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing or via another durable medium (such as email) within this 14-day period. In cases where we do not receive your notification, you may need to provide proof of sending, such as a recorded delivery receipt or an email read receipt.
Once we have received the returned products, we will issue a refund within 14 days. This refund will include the original purchase price but will not cover the cost of returning the products, which must be arranged and paid for by you. During the return period, products must be kept in good condition. Please note that returns are not accepted if the product has been used, or if it includes audio, video, or software items where the seal has been opened or damaged.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If the product you receive is incorrect or of unsatisfactory quality, and its sealed packaging remains intact, we will refund the purchase price and any reasonable return shipping costs. To arrange a return or refund, please contact us via email at info@myacademy.pro including your order number (Cart ID) in the correspondence.

Courses
Courses are defined as digital content and associated learning services provided by us. This includes access to course materials through our online platform ("the Platform"). The following policies apply specifically to courses.
Access and Cancellation
Upon enrolment in a course, you gain immediate access to course materials for the specified course term. By accessing any part of the course (including introductory modules) or restricted areas of our website, you consent to the immediate commencement of the service. This action forfeits your right to cancel and request a refund.
If you do not access the course, you may cancel your enrolment within 14 days of purchase for any reason. To do so, notify us in writing (email or other recordable medium) within this timeframe. Proof of dispatch, such as recorded delivery or an email read receipt, may be required. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued within 14 days, less any transaction fees incurred.
Refund and Payment Policies
Once you have accessed any part of the course, or after the 14-day cancellation window has closed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances such as illness, injury, or relocation. If you are paying in instalments, all outstanding payments remain due, and failure to complete payments will result in denied access to the course.
If you cancel one course out of a discounted package of multiple courses, the discount will no longer apply, and the full price of the remaining course(s) will be charged. Any outstanding balance must be paid immediately.
Credit Agreements
For cancellations of credit agreements with us (not third-party lenders), notify us in writing within 14 days of enrolment. If you access the course within this period, you are liable for the full course fee. Credit agreements with third-party lenders are subject to their terms and cancellation policies.

Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring your computer, device, and internet connection meet the technical requirements for accessing course content. We provide a list of necessary software and browser plugins upon request. Please contact us before enrolment to confirm compatibility. We do not guarantee platform compatibility with all devices or operating systems and reserve the right to make changes to platform availability.

Consumer Rights
We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 concerning the quality and fitness for purpose of our courses and products. It is your responsibility to ensure the course is suitable for your requirements before enrolling. By enrolling, you confirm that the course meets your needs and that your queries have been satisfactorily addressed.
