MK PILATES ADVANCED REFORMER & CADILLAC DIPLOMA

Duration: 40 teaching hours, 4 Days (4 Days)

Prerequisites: Basic Studio Equipment Training.

This training programme is a continuation of the MK Pilates Studio Systems Foundation Diploma. 

The training includes Intermediate and advanced exercises and teaching methods on the Reformer and Cadillac. You will learn all the classic versions of the exercises as well as MK Pilates variations. You will also be trained on the Group Reformer, Group Cadillac, Dynamic Reformer & Jumpboard and will be given several progressive programs and lesson plans. The instructor focuses on both advanced exercise and developing advanced teaching skills.

The course includes:

Intermediate & Advanced Repertoire in Reformer and Cadillac.

Group Reformer & Cadillac, Dynamic Reformer & Jumpboard Concepts.

Students will receive personal feedback from the instructors on their technique and instruction.

Preparing the trainee for advanced moves and the evaluation process to decide when they are ready and how to proceed.

Scheduling Intermediate and Advanced level classes based on the needs of the practitioner or group.

Practice exams with real clients and feedback.

Exams focus on the teachers' knowledge of their body and their needs and their ability to perform the movements they need with proper technique.

All participants will receive:

Detailed illustrated manuals and online videos in English.

International certification from MK Pilates after an examination.
