Policy Principles

Managing Potential Conflicts
• If an unavoidable situation arises where an individual with a potential conflict must participate in an assessment, appropriate measures will be implemented.
• This may include having another qualified individual review or scrutinise the relevant aspects of the assessment to ensure impartiality and compliance with standards.
