Small equipment series

Duration: 3 separate courses, each 8 hours

Prerequisite: MK Pilates Matwork Stage 1 or equivalent experience. Knowledge of modified and original Matwork repertoire is required.

Overview: This series splits five accessible pieces of Pilates equipment into three detailed courses. Each course explores the integration of specific equipment into Pilates practice, focusing on class programming, movement adaptation, and incorporating equipment effectively.
