Refund and Cancellation Policy
Products
Products refer to physical goods sold on our website, excluding courses. The policy outlined here applies only to products. For course-related refunds and cancellations, please refer to the section titled "Courses."
You may return any product within 14 days of delivery for any reason, including a change of mind. To initiate a return, please notify us in writing or through another durable medium (such as email) within this 14-day period. If we do not receive your notification, you will need to provide proof of its dispatch. It is recommended that you retain proof of postage, such as recorded delivery or a read receipt if sent via email.
Upon receipt of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will include the purchase price of the product but excludes the cost of return shipping, which must be arranged and paid for by you. While in your possession, the product should be kept in good condition.
Please note the following exceptions where the right to a refund does not apply:
1. If the product has been used or consumed before the end of the 14-day period and cannot be resold.
2. If the product is an audio, video, or software item with tampered or unsealed packaging.
If a product delivered is incorrect or not of satisfactory quality under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, we will refund the purchase price and reasonable return shipping costs. To arrange this, contact us via email at info@myacademy.pro, including your order number (Cart ID).
Courses
Courses are classified as digital content and related learning services. This policy specifically addresses refunds and cancellations for courses.
When you enrol in a course, you gain immediate access for the course's duration. By accessing any portion of the course (including introductory content), you consent to the immediate commencement of our service, which voids your right to cancel and request a refund.
If no part of the course has been accessed, you may withdraw within 14 days of enrolment for any reason. To do so, notify us in writing or via another durable medium (such as email) within this timeframe. Should we not receive your notification, evidence of its dispatch will be required. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your notification, minus any processing or transfer fees incurred.
The right to withdraw and obtain a refund expires either 14 days after enrolment or upon accessing any part of the course, whichever comes first.
After the 14-day withdrawal period or after accessing the course, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal changes such as pregnancy, illness, injury, or relocation. If paying in instalments, all remaining payments will remain due. Access to the course will be provided only if all scheduled payments are made.
If enrolment includes multiple courses or modules at a discounted rate, cancelling one course will void the discount. The full price of the remaining courses will apply, and the difference must be paid immediately to retain access.
To cancel a credit agreement with My Academy, notify us in writing within 14 days of enrolment. Cancellation of a third-party credit agreement must be made directly with the lender. Withdrawing from a credit agreement does not cancel the obligation to pay the course fee in full.
Promotional offers may include additional or modified terms specific to the enrolled course. Any promotional pricing differences will not be refunded.
