The Library is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not share your account, redistribute content, or engage in any activity that could impair the Library’s functionality. Content availability is subject to change.

4. Intellectual Property
All content in the Library is the property of My Academy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the content for educational purposes only.

5. Payment, Billing, and Free Trial
New users are eligible for a one-month free trial, with full access to the Library. After the trial, subscription fees apply, and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid service disruption. To continue after the trial, no action is needed; your subscription will auto-renew. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Library is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. My Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the Library.

7. Medical Disclaimer and Responsibility
Content is for informational purposes and not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. By using the Library, you assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries. My Academy is not liable for any injury or illness resulting from the use of the Library.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Library constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Products

Products are defined as goods sold by us on our site. Courses and the Video Library are not included in the definition of Products, and our Delivery Policy for Products does not apply to Courses. The Delivery Policy for Courses and Video Library can be found below in the section titled ‘Courses’.

When your Product order (‘Product Order’) has been accepted by us, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (‘Confirmation’) to the e-mail address you have provided at the time of ordering. The Product Order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation. Product Orders are normally processed and shipped the next working day (‘Shipment Date’). Product Orders within the UK will normally be received 1 to 3 working days from the Shipment Date. Product Orders to be delivered to an address outside the UK will normally be received 3 to 10 working days from the Shipment Date.

Product Orders are normally despatched by Royal Mail. If you would like to have your Product Order shipped by any other method, including FedEx or DHL, please contact info@myacademy.pro for pricing prior to placing your Product Order.

Courses

A Course is defined as digital content and the related learning services provided by us (‘Course’). You receive immediate access to a Course upon purchase.

For educational purposes some courses are released in a sequential basis based upon completion of attendance or completion of an element. Your tutors will advise of this process.
